Return & Exchanges Policy

We offer 14 days return policy; items can be returned at buyer expense within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment minus our original shipping cost. (Please email us for RMA number, NO returns will be accepted without RMA number) 

We will exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the item, return the new, unused item in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a PayPal request to cover the shipping cost of the new item. Once we receive payment, we’ll ship out the new item and email you a tracking number. (Please email us for exchange approval)
